Everything from start to finish was great! My sister and I chose to have the designers choice for our mother’s flowers. Taylor did a great job and they turned out beautifully! The arrangement is beautiful! As a first time customer I had a question and when I called, my question was answered quickly, and professionally - it was like talking to a lifelong friend! In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas & Fees We proudly offer hand-delivery throughout Hendersonville, Gallatin, Madison, and Goodlettsville, Tennessee, with reasonable delivery fees.
Same-Day Delivery Cutoffs
Hendersonville: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM.
Surrounding areas: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM.
Same-day delivery is subject to flower and driver availability.
If No One Is Home If no one is home when we arrive, we will place the arrangement in a shady area directly in front of the door. We will then call the recipient to let them know their flowers have been delivered. If they do not answer, we will leave a voicemail and also contact the person who placed the order so they are aware the arrangement has been delivered and can notify the recipient.
If We Must Return the Arrangement If we must bring the arrangement back to the shop, an additional delivery fee will apply for another delivery attempt. The recipient may also choose to pick up the arrangement from our shop at no additional delivery charge.
Delivery areas, fees, and cutoff times may be updated as our routes and business hours change.
