Taylor is a talented designer. Her communication was excellent, sending a photo of arrangement before delivery so that you are completely satisfied. She absolutely wants you to see what you are paying for in an industry that isn’t always transparent. I will 100% use her again. ---- Florist's Response: Maria, thank you so much for taking the time to share this! It means a great deal to us that you noticed and appreciated the care we put into keeping our customers informed. We believe choosing flowers should feel just as good as receiving them, and we want you to feel confident in what you’re sending and know exactly what will be delivered on your behalf. Being able to share that photo with you before delivery is one small way we can offer a more personal experience and give you that extra peace of mind. Your trust in Evergreen’s Florist truly means so much to us, and we would be delighted to help you celebrate those special moments again. Thank you for choosing us! ?

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
