It was pretty , but I expected a nicer cup/saucer an shown on the website. The tea cup/saucer on your website was was I had hoped for instead of a plain substitute especially for the cost. Thank you. On our website it states right under the designers choice Tea cup arrangement that the cup in the photo is unavailable. Next time if you are looking for something more specific to the photo please leave it in our special notes we would have been more then happy to give you a call and shown you our selection on what we have and let your pick one out. Never hesitate to leave us a special instruction we always try our very best to make sure our customers are happy.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas & Fees We proudly offer hand-delivery throughout Hendersonville, Gallatin, Madison, and Goodlettsville, Tennessee, with reasonable delivery fees.
Same-Day Delivery Cutoffs
Hendersonville: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM.
Surrounding areas: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM.
Same-day delivery is subject to flower and driver availability.
If No One Is Home If no one is home when we arrive, we will place the arrangement in a shady area directly in front of the door. We will then call the recipient to let them know their flowers have been delivered. If they do not answer, we will leave a voicemail and also contact the person who placed the order so they are aware the arrangement has been delivered and can notify the recipient.
If We Must Return the Arrangement If we must bring the arrangement back to the shop, an additional delivery fee will apply for another delivery attempt. The recipient may also choose to pick up the arrangement from our shop at no additional delivery charge.
Delivery areas, fees, and cutoff times may be updated as our routes and business hours change.
