Let our designers create a beautiful arrangement for your special occasion! We will use our unique designs, and styles to create the perfect gift for your friends or loved ones. We will use a Tea cup we feel suitable to the occasion. The tea cup shown above is not available. The photo above is an (example) it is not garneted that those are the flowers we will be using. The designers will choose the best flowers for the occasion. If you are wanting something specific, please leave us a note in the in your order under special instructions and we will do our best to add your request if it is in stock.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

It was pretty , but I expected a nicer cup/saucer an shown on the website. The tea cup/saucer on your website was was I had hoped for instead of a plain substitute especially for the cost. Thank you. On our website it states right under the designers choice Tea cup arrangement that the cup in the photo is unavailable. Next time if you are looking for something more specific to the photo please leave it in our special notes we would have been more then happy to give you a call and shown you our selection on what we have and let your pick one out. Never hesitate to leave us a special instruction we always try our very best to make sure our customers are happy.
