The arrangement was lovely; the soft pink roses were especially beautiful, and the filler was pretty. The satin ribbon was a nice addition for the vase. This florist did an amazing job with the gorgeous floral arrangement and gift bag with Mylar balloon I had ordered for my son and daughter-in-law and the birth of our new granddaughter. It was delivered on time and they even sent me photos of what was delivered! I loved the extra special touch and communication! Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas & Fees We proudly offer hand-delivery throughout Hendersonville, Gallatin, Madison, and Goodlettsville, Tennessee, with reasonable delivery fees.
Same-Day Delivery Cutoffs
Hendersonville: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM.
Surrounding areas: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM.
Same-day delivery is subject to flower and driver availability.
If No One Is Home If no one is home when we arrive, we will place the arrangement in a shady area directly in front of the door. We will then call the recipient to let them know their flowers have been delivered. If they do not answer, we will leave a voicemail and also contact the person who placed the order so they are aware the arrangement has been delivered and can notify the recipient.
If We Must Return the Arrangement If we must bring the arrangement back to the shop, an additional delivery fee will apply for another delivery attempt. The recipient may also choose to pick up the arrangement from our shop at no additional delivery charge.
Delivery areas, fees, and cutoff times may be updated as our routes and business hours change.
